Results and did your pick land

How FIGHTCAL shows who won, and how you see whether your prediction landed - CALLED IT or MISSED, right on your card.

After a card, FIGHTCAL fills in the results - and tells you how your picks did.

Reading a result

On a finished bout the winner reads first, in coral, with "def." before the loser's name. A method pill below carries the how - for example KO - ROUND 2 or UNANIMOUS DECISION. A bout with no winner shows an honest status instead: DRAW, NO CONTEST or CANCELLED.

A finished card shows a FINAL badge once the main event is confirmed; until then it reads PENDING.

Did your pick land?

On your own locked card, each settled bout you picked is tagged: CALLED IT when you got the winner right, MISSED when you did not. Bouts that ended in a draw, no contest or cancellation show that status with no hit-or-miss - they do not count for or against you. Bouts you did not pick simply show the winner.

How results get confirmed

Results are pulled in automatically soon after a card, and we are careful with them. A winner is double-checked across trusted sources before it is shown as final; if the sources are unclear or disagree, the bout is held back for a human to confirm rather than guessed. Only confirmed winners ever show as final.

You get told

When a bout you picked is confirmed, you get a notification - "You called it!" or "Not this time" - that takes you straight to your prediction. You can turn fight-result alerts on or off in your notification settings.
