Artem Suslenkov stuns Joe Joyce with TKO win
The unbeaten Russian dominated most of the fight before forcing an 11th-round TKO over former interim world champion Joe Joyce.

The fight between Joe Joyce and Artem Suslenkov just ended, and it was a very exciting bout.
The fight began, and Artem Suslenkov got off to a much better start. He landed several left hooks on Joe Joyce, while Joe Joyce did relatively little in response. This pattern continued until the 4th round, when Artem Suslenkov landed a hard right hand that clearly rocked Joe Joyce. Although Joe Joyce made it through the round, he was already badly shaken by this point. In round 5, Joe Joyce finally made his presence felt. With a few body shots, he tried to regain control of the fight, but it was by no means easy for him, and Artem Suslenkov continued to control the action. In rounds 8 and 9, Joe Joyce found his rhythm a bit better. Since Artem Suslenkov’s stamina began to wane slightly at that point, Joe Joyce was able to capitalize on it and appeared more dominant in those rounds. However, Artem Suslenkov regained control in the 10th round and put Joe Joyce under heavy pressure. He carried that momentum into the 11th round, where he put Joe Joyce under severe pressure with a long combination, forcing him to stop the fight. In the end, Artem Suslenkov won with a dominant TKO victory.
In my opinion, Artem Suslenkov put on one of the best performances of his career. He dominated the fight for most of the time and clearly set the pace. On the other side, I feel a little sorry for Joe Joyce because there were already some complications leading up to the fight, and then he ended up losing it as well. I hope he’s not too down about it.
