Haney could face Paro after Stevenson talks collapse
Haney is reportedly targeting a November 28 title unification in Atlanta.

Devin Haney takes an interesting turn when you consider who he was actually planning to face next. Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson were actually already in advanced talks, at least from what we’ve heard. The only thing that was reportedly causing potential problems was the weight negotiations, but everyone thought that would work out somehow. However, that doesn’t seem to be the case, since that very issue apparently caused the fight to fall through.
"I wasted six months negotiating with you“
wrote Devin Haney.
And right then, the next rumors started circulating. Liam Paro and he are apparently set to face off. The bout is scheduled for November 28 in Atlanta, and two world championship titles are reportedly on the line. While an official agreement hasn’t been reached yet, let’s hope things go better than they did with Shakur Stevenson.
It's too bad things didn't work out between the two of them, it would have been a really interesting matchup. I hope these negotiations with Liam Paro go better now. What do you guys think?
