Jake Paul returns on Christmas Eve without opponent

MVP confirms Dubai event, but opponent and broadcaster remain unknown.

Jake Paul will return to the ring on Christmas Eve, though he still doesn't have an opponent or a venue.

MVP confirmed that Jake Paul will return to the ring on December 24. This comes after he broke his jaw last year while facing Anthony Joshua . He hasn’t fought since then, and he’s only recently returned to training.

The announcement was fairly typical of him:

"Merry Christmas, Dubai. Santa Paul is coming to town“

he wrote.

He describes Dubai as the perfect place because there you can push past your limits and overcome your fears. The main problem, though, is that he doesn’t even have an opponent yet against whom he can prove that. Co-founder Nakisa Bidarian explained that they’re currently in the process of finding an opponent worthy of Jake Paul’s comeback. Recently, former UFC fighters as well as influencers like KSI have been linked to the fight. We won’t know who he’ll actually face until the announcement is made. It will also be interesting to see who will broadcast the bout, since Netflix, which has broadcast all of his big fights so far, hasn’t said anything yet. What do you think?
