Josh Hokit mocks Alexander Volkov after Dana White incident
Hokit takes aim at Volkov after White seemingly failed to recognize the heavyweight contender at UFC 333.

UFC heavyweight Josh Hokit is making fun of his rival Alexander Volkov because Dana White didn't recognize him recently.
Here’s how the situation unfolded: Alexander Volkov went to the press conference at UFC 333 and asked White why he wasn’t getting a title shot. White gave the impression that he didn’t even know the contender. From Josh Hokit’s perspective, that fact alone says it all.
“You got people complaining with 20 fights in the UFC asking Dana White for a title shot, and Dana doesn’t even know who they are… I have four bonuses in four fights. I’m here to give them something to judge”
he said.
And even though Alexander Volkov won't like to hear this, Josh Hokit does have a point. After all, he managed to draw attention to himself and land a title fight as quickly as possible. So maybe Alexander Volkov should also change something about his approach to finally get a title shot after a decade. But the fact that White doesn’t even recognize him is still really tough. What do you guys think?
I also think it's a real slap in the face when White still doesn't know who you are after ten years with the UFC, even though you're already hoping for a title shot. To be fair, there are an unbelievable number of people under contract with the UFC, which is why you have to cut White some slack.
