O'Malley disputes claims he turned down Talbott

Sean O'Malley and Payton Talbott had long been linked to the UFC Freedom 250 event, as they were reportedly set to face off there. However, Sean O'Malley has now denied these allegations, although Payton Talbott continues to maintain that Sean O'Malley apparently turned down the scheduled fight. Recently, these allegations resurfaced, and Sean O'Malley apparently felt compelled to address the matter.

“I'm here to f*cking address these rumors that I got offered Payton Talbott for the White House. Four out of the last seven fights have been against three of the greatest bantamweights of all time. Ain't ducking no one”

he said.

Sean O'Malley also gave a brief update on his next fight. It seems his opponent for the next bantamweight title bout has been decided. Since he has already defeated Petr Yan once, he believes that if Petr Yan successfully defends his title against Merab Dvalishvili, he would be next in line. However, if Merab Dvalishvili wins, Sean O'Malleyis apparently open to fighting Payton Talbott. Who do you think Sean O'Malley will face next?

I think Petr Yan will defend the title, and I also believe that Sean O'Malley will then be the one to get his shot at the title. I hope, though, that he can put an end to the rumors once and for all by facing Payton Talbott.
