Ryan Garcia could be next big signing for Zuffa
Dana White has made his interest in Ryan Garcia clear

Ryan Garcia knocked out Conor Benn in the second round on Saturday night in Las Vegas, securing a clear victory in his first title defense as the WBC welterweight world champion.
Immediately after the fight, the focus shifted mainly to his future. Further bouts against other welterweight champions like Teofimo Lopez or Devin Haney would make a lot of sense from a sporting perspective, though all parties involved would have to agree. However, Ryan Garcia might soon have a new negotiating partner, or rather, someone negotiating on his behalf. Zuffa Boxing CEO Dana White expressed great admiration after this bout and apparently would like to sign the WBC world champion. He said:
"Ryan has got all the tools. He has knockout power. He speaks really well and is a good-looking kid. The younger generation likes him and follows him, and even kids who don't traditionally follow boxing and watch sports [follow him]"
Dana also went on to mention that Ryan Garcia is the kind of fighter who would take on anyone, which is obviously great for a promotion. Ryan Garcia has only one fight left with his current promotion under Oscar De La Hoya. Ryan Garcia also seems very interested in working with Dana. He praised the promotion and, above all, the organization. This could mean that Ryan Garcia will soon be working with Dana White, which could lead to some very exciting fights. What do you think?
I have to say, I think this collaboration would be really cool. I believe there would be a lot of exciting matchups if this happens. I’d definitely be excited, and I’m curious to see if this can actually happen after the last fight on Ryan Garcia’s current contract.
