Tyson Fury calls out Usyk as Joshua fight stalls

Tyson Fury claimed in his latest interview that he is already actively looking for a new opponent for November, even though he has actually already signed a contract with Anthony Joshua.

The long-awaited fight between the two has been a hot topic of discussion lately. By now, everyone should be aware of what’s currently standing in the way of the fight. To put it briefly, there are heated discussions about the venue, as both sides have different ideas on the matter. In a new video on Instagram, Tyson Fury now claims that Anthony Joshua is actively backing out of the fight due to the disputes and is instead challenging Oleksandr Usyk to a bout in November.

“This will only lead me to a fight with Oleksandr Usyk. Oleksandr you’re his [Joshua’s] trainer and his sensei and you know he is weak minded… and that he would never fight the Gypsy King which you have had the guts to do twice. You got the decisions last time, fair play to you. Good luck to you, let’s do it again. Let’s run it back in November. The ball is now in your court… do you want to fight me this year, 2026, or are you calling it quits? Let me know because I am now looking for a new opponent”

He said.

Tyson Fury, however, has already lost two fights against Oleksandr Usyk. The Ukrainian has since joined Anthony Joshua’s team, which only complicates a potential fight between him and Tyson Fury even further.

At the moment, though, no one from the promotion is commenting on whether the negotiations between Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury have actually fallen through. Instead, we currently only have the latest information from Tyson Fury, who is actively discussing the topic on social media. We’ll just have to wait and see which direction this goes. The situation seems to be very complicated, though.
